Pool Towels
Fresh pool towels are available on the wire shelf inside the pool bathroom. Please bring used towels back into the apartment.
At the end of your stay, leave all used towels in the dirty linens basket inside the bedroom.
Hot Tub Access
Our hot tub is available for a small additional fee and runs in one-hour sessions. Depending on the time of year, it can take 20–40 minutes to heat to the desired temperature.
- Initial 1.5 hours: $15.00 (includes heating time)
- Each additional hour: $8.00
How to Request: All heating and activation are done manually by your host, so please message us directly via the Airbnb app, VRBO app, or SMS when you’d like a session. To ensure we see and respond in time—especially if you plan to use the hot tub after 6 pm—please send your request at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to catch your message (even if we’re out with family) and confirm the exact start time.
Pool Slide Use
Disclaimer: Use of the slide is at your own risk. By sliding you agree not to hold the hosts liable for any accidents or injuries.
Automatic Schedule (Summer Season):
The slide runs automatically for 30 minutes each day from 1:00–1:30 pm and 6:00–6:30 pm.
Slide Safety Guidelines
- Head-first sliding is strictly prohibited.
- Only one person on the slide at a time.
- Maximum user weight: 275 lbs (124 kg).
- Adult supervision required for children.
- No roughhousing, jumping, or diving.
- Don’t use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Slide in a seated, feet-first position only.
- Consult a doctor if you have medical concerns.
How to Request Extended or Off-Hours Access:
All slide activations are done manually by your host, so if you’d like to use it for longer than 30 minutes or outside the automatic times, please message us directly via the Airbnb app, VRBO app, or SMS.
To ensure we see and respond in time—especially for any session after 6 pm—please send your request at least 24 hours in advance.
This gives us time (even if we’re out with family) to catch your message and confirm the exact start time.
